Complaints procedure

At Hogeschooltaal, we do our utmost to provide students and teachers with high-quality content and service. However, if you’re not satisfied with something, please let us know.

We handle your complaint confidentially.
You will receive an acknowledgment within five working days, and we aim to find a solution within four weeks.

If that’s not possible, we will inform you within four weeks about the expected timeline.If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can turn to our independent complaints officer, Mr. W.J. Velema (wimjvelema@gmail.com).

His decision is binding and will be implemented by us within two weeks.
Resolved complaints are kept in our records for a maximum of one year.
